Sairen was raised in the Black Shroud by poachers. As she grew up, she found the way her parents lived to be lacking and wanted something more. She decided to go to Gridania to become an adventurer and tried to convince her younger brother to follow her. He declined, seeing no issue in following their parents footsteps, so Sairen left on her own. She found she loved music and entertainment and thus chose the path of a bard.Eventually, Sairen moves to Ul’dah wanting to be away from the Black Shroud and preferring the night life there. She tends to avoid traveling back to the Shroud when possible, though some travels have taken her back to her home. Occasionally she’ll run into her brother but she steers clear of her parents.Sairen has often been roped into Rehz’s various journeys and
encounters but enjoys finding her own path and making a name for herself in the adventurers world.

Personality:

Sairen loves to party and entertain and will never pass up a night out drinking. She can be loud and headstrong and is fiercely protective of those she considers friend. Loneliness often eats away at her so she prefers to have constant company - and constant bed mates. She can be a bit spacey and easily distracted. She will often voice her opinion and doesn’t always think about her delivery, causing her to come off as harsh. Sairen is always willing to talk about most anything - aside from her family, or actual name - and is open to trying new things.

Lore:

Though Bael was born in the Golmore Jungle, he was raised in Yyasulani by his father who chose to leave the jungle and his mother behind. Early life was quiet and simple for Bael and his father often told him stories from all over the world. As he grew up, his wanderlust grew, leading him to leave home when he was of age.During one of his ventures to Gridania, he encountered a young Rehzeria in search of a party for an adventurer's guild job. He needed the coin and took an interest in the rogue so opted to join her and two others on their mission. During their time together he tried to get to know the au’ra, but she was fairly closed off. This intrigued him more, so he decided to follow her, joining jobs she picked up when parties were required. Eventually she opened up to him and over the months they grew close.Bael kept in contact with Rehz, though the frequency dropped after she accepted her path as the WoL. During his brief visits to Ul’dah, Bael heard rumors of the Lemures holed up in the city. When Rehz came back after her first defeat at the hands of Zenos and was distraught, speaking of how she needed to be stronger, he hesitantly told her the rumors he heard. Shortly after, he lost contact with Rehz for some time. His path eventually crosses with hers again and he is quick to get on the good side of her bonded voidsent by offering Staris her favorite treats. Since then Bael has kept close tabs on Rehz and they meet up often for adventures, occasionally inviting Sairen along.

Personality:

Bael is self assured, laid back and on occasion, can be a bit playful, especially with those he is close with. He enjoys quiet nights with Rehz just as much as he enjoys partying and celebrating with Sairen. He is known to be a bit of a flirt at times but always remains respectful. Bael is compassionate and loyal to his loved ones, often taking on a protective role to them. While he has a residence in Ul’dah, he rarely occupies it, preferring to travel instead. He and Rehz are close and know what they mean to each other but neither are ready to commit and prefer to keep things more casual.
